Flinders Landscaping
At our Flinders project, we delivered a custom landscaping solution to address persistent groundwater issues by designing and installing a functional yet visually striking stone river garden. This natural drainage feature was carefully integrated into the landscape to redirect excess water flow, prevent pooling, and protect the home’s foundations. Using a combination of river stones, native plants, and strategic grading, we created a low-maintenance, eco-friendly garden that manages water runoff while enhancing the property’s aesthetic. Port Melbourne Paving
To resolve a persistent leaking issue on a rooftop, 23k delivered a smart and durable solution with the installation of rooftop paving. We removed the existing failed surface, applied a new waterproofing membrane to meet Australian Standards, and installed pavers designed for drainage and longevity.
